Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship knives worldwide. Orders to the United States are shipped via FedEx International, while other countries are handled by express couriers. Standard shipping is also available in many countries.
How long does shipping take?
Australia: Express orders usually arrive within 1–4 business days. Standard may take a little longer.
International: Express courier services generally arrive within 6–10 business days. Standard can take longer.
United States: FedEx International shipments typically arrive in 6–10 business days.
Do I get tracking?
Express orders include tracking. Standard shipping does not include tracking numbers.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is weight-based and calculated automatically at checkout. Larger or multiple knives cost slightly more to ship. For very large orders, a provisional rate may apply. If actual courier costs are lower, we’ll refund the difference.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
In-stock knives usually ship within 48 hours. Out-of-stock knives typically ship within 14 days. Clothing and merchandise are shipped directly from our print partner as soon as they’re produced.
Do you sharpen knives?
Yes! Every knife we sell is professionally sharpened before it leaves the workshop. We also offer sharpening services — please contact us for details.
Do you offer business coaching?
Yes, I offer coaching for folks starting or growing a sharpening/knife business. Please contact me to learn more.
Do you ship kangaroo tails internationally?
No. Due to customs restrictions, kangaroo tails can only be shipped to Australian addresses.
Can I track my order?
Yes — if you choose Express shipping. Standard shipping does not include tracking.
What if shipping costs less than I was charged?
If you’re charged more than the actual courier cost, we’ll refund the difference after dispatch.
Do you accept returns?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on used knives.
