Shipping policy

General
All orders are processed and shipped from Adelaide, South Australia. Clothing and merchandise are shipped directly from our print partner, while knives and accessories are shipped from our workshop.

Order Processing

  • Clothing and merchandise are shipped as soon as they are printed.

  • Knives that are in stock are typically dispatched within 48 hours.

  • If a knife is temporarily out of stock, it will usually ship within 14-30 days of your order. If timing is important, please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Orders within Australia are shipped via express courier services. A standard option is also available for customers who prefer a lower-cost service with a longer delivery window.

International Shipping (excluding United States)
International orders are sent via express courier services, with an economy option available in most countries. Shipping costs scale based on the size and number of knives in your order.

United States Shipping
Due to changes with Australia Post, all shipments to the United States are handled via FedEx International. Shipping rates are weight-based and calculated automatically at checkout. Larger orders (4 or more knives) may incur special courier handling. If actual courier costs are lower than charged, we will refund the difference.

Special Notes

  • Kangaroo tails can only be shipped to Australian addresses due to customs restrictions.

  • All express shipments include tracking details unless standard shipping is chosen, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
