Grit Conversion (Real-World Results)

• 80-grit plate: leaves the wheel around 240–250 grit
• 320-grit plate: leaves the wheel around 950–1,000 grit

(Results vary slightly depending on pressure and wheel age — but that’s the ballpark.)
